Individual Therapy in Asheville + Telehealth Across North Carolina
Support for ADHD, Anxiety, Attachment Patterns, and Life Transitions
Whether you’re living with ADHD or AuDHD, struggling with anxiety or burnout, healing from trauma, or feeling stuck in relationships—individual therapy can be a powerful place to begin again.
I specialize in working with ADHD and neurodivergent adults, women navigating late diagnosis, and highly sensitive people who are tired of feeling like the world wasn’t built for their nervous systems.
My Approach to Therapy
I offer a warm, grounded space rooted in trauma-informed care, attachment theory, and nervous system regulation. Therapy with me is collaborative—we move at your pace, exploring patterns that no longer serve you and nurturing the parts of you ready to grow.
This isn’t about “fixing” you. It’s about meeting your brain, body, and story with compassion—and building new ways forward.
Modalities I draw from include:
Emotionally Focused Individual Therapy (EFIT)
Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT)
Narrative Therapy
ADHD-affirming tools + psychoeducation
Interpersonal Neurobiology (IPNB)
Common Focus Areas
ADHD therapy for adults
Whether you’re late-diagnosed or have always known, ADHD therapy can help you manage overwhelm, strengthen executive functioning, and find practical tools that fit your life.
Anxiety therapy
If you’re living with racing thoughts, overthinking, or the exhaustion of constant worry, therapy for anxiety offers skills for calming your nervous system and feeling more grounded.Burnout and emotional exhaustion
Many of my clients are caregivers, professionals, or parents running on empty. Therapy helps you restore balance, set boundaries, and reconnect with what sustains you.Healing from trauma
Trauma isn’t just in your mind—it shows up in your body, relationships, and sense of safety. Trauma-informed therapy creates space to heal without pressure or shame.Attachment therapy + relationship patterns
Do you find yourself repeating anxious or avoidant cycles in relationships? Together, we’ll explore your attachment style and practice ways of building secure, connected bonds.Parenting as a neurodivergent adult
Parenting is challenging enough—layer in ADHD, anxiety, or trauma history, and it can feel overwhelming. Therapy offers a space to explore your needs as a parent and person. (If parenting support is your main focus, visit my Parenting Support page.)Grief + life transitions
From loss to major changes, transitions can shake your sense of self. Therapy provides a compassionate place to process endings and make room for what’s next.Rebuilding self-trust + emotional regulation
Many clients come in feeling broken or like they “should have figured this out by now.” Together, we’ll build regulation skills and practices that restore confidence in yourself.
You’re Not Broken
The systems many of us grew up in weren’t designed for our neurotypes, values, or nervous systems. If you’ve spent years trying to "get it together" in a world that doesn’t understand your wiring, no wonder you’re tired.
Here, your neurodivergence is not a problem to fix. We work together to build clarity, regulation, and a sense of rootedness—while dismantling internalized shame.
This work is practical, affirming, and centered on your right to exist fully as yourself.
