I'm a licensed therapist based in Asheville, NC, specializing in attachment-based, neurodivergent-affirming therapy for individuals and couples. My work is collaborative, grounded, and deeply respectful of the ways our minds and relationships work — especially when they don't fit neatly into mainstream expectations.
Hi, I’m Kim.
My Approach
Whether you're navigating burnout, disconnection, masking, or the daily weight of neurodivergent life, therapy with me isn't about fixing you. It's about making space for you — your clarity, your overwhelm, your stuck places and your brilliance.
I believe real healing happens in relationship — starting with the one we build in therapy. That means curiosity is welcome here, pacing is flexible, and your inner world is met with compassion, not correction. I draw from trauma theory, nervous system science, and my own lived experience with neurodivergence to inform how I show up.
The people I work with best tend to be high-functioning and self-aware — often the ones who've spent years managing, achieving, and adapting. What brings them to therapy usually isn't crisis. It's a growing sense that the way they've been operating has a cost, and that something underneath hasn't been tended to.

Working with me means you benefit from a clinician who is constantly growing. I'm naturally curious and genuinely love learning — which means I'm always seeking out new trainings, new research, and new edges of practice.
I've completed advanced trainings across a range of modalities, including trauma treatment, Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), ADHD-informed care, sex therapy in neurodiverse relationships, and narrative approaches.
